Shipping & Returns

At Modern Heritage, we take pride in getting your order out quickly, carefully, and in excellent condition.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days from the time they’re placed. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

All orders currently ship from the United States, and we offer domestic shipping throughout the U.S.

Some items may be made in small batches or prepared to order, which can require additional processing time. If that applies, the estimated shipping window will be clearly noted on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about every purchase from Modern Heritage. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

Because many of our products are personal care items, certain items may be marked as final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Any final sale items will be clearly identified on the product page.

To begin a return or exchange, email john@revolvertattoo.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with simple instructions to help you through the process.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or exchanges will be processed, within 5–7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
