Returns and Refunds
We want you to feel good about every purchase from Modern Heritage Labs.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original condition.
Because our products are personal care items, opened jars cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Any item marked final sale will be identified on the product page.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.
How to start a return
Email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with simple instructions to help you through the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away at and we will make it right.
