Processing time
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Some items are made in small batches or prepared to order and may need additional processing time. If that applies, the estimated shipping window will be noted on the product page.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package leaves us it is in the carrier's hands. If tracking stops updating or your package appears lost, contact and we will help you file a claim and make it right.
